Shipping Info

  • We currently ship to the following countries/regions: USA, Canada, Europe, South/Central America. **These countries/regions are subject to change at anytime and is left to the discretion of LA SEED CO.**
  • We are currently shipping orders within 3-5 business days of payment being received. Typically within 24 Hours. **Shipping times may be longer due to COVID-19 and other issues.**
  • We do not offer returns of any kind.
  • We ship all products in USPS small flat rate box.
  • Tracking info is provided.
  • LA SEED CO is not responsible for any items lost during shipping or to customs
  • Please allow at least 10 days before you inquire about tracking.
  • For international orders, please allow 2 weeks before you inquire about tracking.
  • Please carefully and thoroughly inspect your package upon receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping or by customs please take photos of the damage and send to laseedco@gmail.com. 
  • If you send cash in the mail, you assume all responsibility if it gets lost.
  • We do not offer stealth shipping options, but packaging is discreet.

GENERAL TERMS

LA SEED CO. will not be held responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer. LA SEED CO. will not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through LA SEED CO.

LA SEED CO. sells cannabis seeds as adult collectable genetic preservation souvenirs for personal use. Germination and cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in most countries, including the US.

We disperse our seeds on the condition they will not be used in conflict with any applicable local laws. We refuse to sell cannabis/hemp seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is going to use them for criminal purposes.

The regulation of cannabis/hemp seeds differs from country to country. We therefore highly recommend you seek information about the regulations in the country to which you are subject. For these reasons, LA SEED CO. accepts no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.

LA SEED CO. does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. All persons who purchase seeds from LA SEED CO. are responsible for their actions in the future. LA SEED CO. will accept no responsibility in this respect. All information contained on LA SEED CO. website and any LA SEED CO. promotional material or packaging is for informative and educational purposes only, and is not intended to condone, promote or incite the use or cultivation of illegal and/or controlled substances.

As a LA SEED CO. customer, you are also prohibited from distributing LA SEED CO. seeds to countries where possession of and/or selling in cannabis/hemp seeds is illegal.

LA SEED CO. does not accept any product liability and we do not give any guarantees regarding the viability and germination rates of all varieties.
